I really enjoy searching Legendary and extraordinary items but I've already found them all, or at least the ones that were mentioned on this list: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=703
However, it was made some time ago, so I wonder if there are any new items that have appeared in the meantime.
If not, will there be in the next updates?

Yes, there are new items that have appeared in the latest released version (as of v.0.7.14) of this game.

Start reading from the given reference as your guide:
