So hello and thx for the time you're according me

After I saw there was an update on the google play store I tried to fulfill the news quest but I got a problem with one of them "Climbing up is forbidden"
I did so but I can't access the mine I'm stuck by a string and when I talk to the guard of the mine he told me something about a lodar's potion, so I went to lodar's hideout but nothing new, anyone could give me a hint of what I need to do to continue the quest?
