"Experience bar full" bonus?

Hey everyone!
I've noticed that the more my experience bar is full the more successful the hit chance, and when I level up from a full experience bar to an almost empty one, my hit chances are noticeably lowering (when I level up to a full experience bar nothing changes.)
Does anyone else experiences this? I might be wrong, idk.
Love to hear y'all's opinion on the matter!

Quiet a few times i thought my actual hit chances wouldnt fit the formula. I tested it and it turned out it was just me bein supersticious.

Yes, statistics and chances are a..holes.
Even if there's a 99.9% block chance, there's still that one player in one thousand that blunders and dies.
Freaky streaks of some events may be highly unlikely, but they are always mathematically possible.
Perhaps thats another achievemnt for the diary
