My new actor created after v0.8.6 can buy Treads of dark glory from Prowling Arantxa in Sullengard, but my old hero created before can't find that boot.

They do not show up in her inventory 100% of the time. By design. Go back to her in 3 minutes. Maybe she got more? It's like shopping. A merchant doesn't have a product 100% of the time
