Drop chance 100% upon Conditions???

Is it possible to tweak drop chance of monsters when they target the player with any condition successfully?

For example;

During the combat battle with a frog if the inconing attack on the player has a poison condition then the dropped item after killing the frog should be a guaranteed "poison gland" that otherwise should be based on internal calculations based on chance when incoming attacks are normal hits

Point is drop rates of some items with lesser % chance should either be a guaranteed drop or increased chance of dropping it after the player under the effect of conditions successfully kills the monster

EDIT: Stats wise explanation

Normal hits - 40% chance to drop < item >

Victory when conditions are active - See an increased chance from 40% to 60% or 100% guaranteed < item > drop

Doesn't apply to extraordinary, etc but normal monster drops.

It can improve further to have a chance at better item drops from monsters

This would only be possible with some substantial changes to the game engine. So it's an interesting idea, but not likely to happen.
