You need to complete "Another Ruthless Crackshot" first.
If you have before 0.8.6(Haunted Forest version) you need to go back to Mayor Ale. Talk to his assistant too (not required, but informative)

Hello Andors Trail Teams, Thank You for The Mission "A Wicked Witch" it is actually Really Good Short Tragedy Story Of my Choice, Taught me a valuable lesson, especially what the witch said in the last part.

i like the Mission, end me with despair and sadness, This Update 2 Missions Tells Story About Sadness, Despair and Betraying.

I killed what I thought was Bonicksa, but I quickly
realized that I killed an innocent girl.
Bonicksa lives and could not be defeated. But I learned
a huge life lesson.

I can't Believe Following Andors Trail since 3 Years, Awesome Teams Developer , wish you guys Have Good Days

The Witch quest is bit more complex than that: Hint:

If you have a save file from before killing Boniksa, start from there, choose a different path, then sleep on it, and go on from there...

What is that mean??choose different path and sleep on it?

Choose a different path of dialogues, instead of killing the Witch. Then sleep on a bed. Return to the cottage, but instead of entering, explore the environs.
