why i can't interact anything on quest of recovering stolen property after speak with Gaelian?

in ATD again, i should to interact prowling arantxa in the top of Gaelian, but he just say the same word, for now i don't have any progress

By the time you get here you should understand how AT works. You should know how to approach these types of quests.
