After 2 hours of demon hunting I can say at:

Ancient Allaceph (red gargoyle): XP 315, GOLD 0-8, DROPS Sharpened gem, Regular potion of health 1-2
Strong Allaceph: XP 253, GOLD 0-19, DROPS Regular potion of health, Empty vial, Glass gem
Tough Allaceph: XP 272, GOLD 0-20, DROPS Glass gem, Empty vial, Regular potion of health
Vaeregh: XP 346, GOLD 0-20, DROPS Glass gem, Empty vial, Regular potion of health

Some more drops of Radianth Allaceph: Gold 0-15 and can drop 2 Regular potion of health

Strong Allaceph and Radiant Allaceph probably drops 20 gold and Ancient Allaceph more than 8, but I can not confirm this.
