I think he is the right person to tell about thieves guild...

Talk to the priest in Fallhaven. If you've progressed his quest, and retrieved the bones to him, he will have bonemeal potions for sale

Thieves guild is just below bucus's house in fallhaven, if I m not mistaken. The path is inside the house...

First off I kinda new lvl 14 and I made this account for clarification on my last quest besides those other 3, so I'm not looking for the exact answer for rincel cuz I know u go west but can someone push me in the right direction
