I'll try to start a trend here about historical facts about Andor's Trail. Considering we've been doing this project for almost two years now, I think it's a great time to look back at how far we've come.

Do you remember which maps were included in the first version that was released to Android Market?

The first public version was v0.6.2, and was released on 17 Nov 2010. It contained the village of Crossglen (including interiors), and one map to the east of Crossglen, and one map to the south.

After the first version, what was the next addition, in terms of maps?

Andor's Trail v0.6.4 was released to Android Market the day after v0.6.2 (someone spent the whole night coding ). It introduced the snake cave to the south of Crossglen, and also introduced the concept of critical hits.

What's your first memory of Andor's Trail gameplay?

The expansion with BWM came out right after i started playing.

I am propably one of the first persons who downloaded AT.

at first sign... I wonder... what junk... but then there is intresting update almoust instantly.... novadays im hooked on this awesome game.

What's your first memory of Andor's Trail gameplay?

Well I first downloaded it in the 2nd week of December 2010 (version 0.6.7 I think) and at this point the game map ended at the Gargoyle cave to the east and the wolf den to the south. While no further west than the flagstone prison and the northernmost point was ghost house.
I did not join the forum until March 2011 when I ran out of content and went looking for answers.

My first memory was saying to myself a comment about how much this game reminded me of the great 8-bit Nintendo games of the mid 1980's.

I think I was searching for RPG's, installed a bunch that day but AT was one of only a couple I kept. I don't remember the exact date but that was just a few days before v0.6.6 came out. After blowing through that content in a week or two I emailed Oskar on 12/12/10 about helping out on the project and after a couple of months the forums were made and the rest is history.

The very first thing I did after getting my first android smartphone was going to the market and looking for RPGs. Unfortunately, AT was not the first one I found and I must've spent at least a week going through various and assorted ad-laden or microtransaction based "games" before finally doing some forum searches at sites where I knew people who enjoyed the same kind of games that I enjoy frequent. I do remember glancing at the game description for the first time on the market and thinking to myself that no, this game isn't finished and is probably just someone practicing his coding skills and isn't really that great a game but eventually, when I ran out of other possibilities, I finally downloaded it and I've never looked back since. AT is one of 3 games I have installed; the other two being a zero player game called Godville and a smartphone app for the MMORPG that I play on my PC called Rift. So I guess that technically speaking, AT is the only game I have installed .

I remember downloading the game in December 2010, it was listed on a site as a suggested RPG and work was really slow at the end of the year, so I gave it a try and haven't stopped since. I played through all the available quests at the time and then started lurking in the forums and finally joined to post what version of Android I had.

I joined right before the update that added the gargoyle cave, and after reading about the RoLS I spent a lot of time trying to get it. The level ups I got ended up helping on the trek to BWM.
