look a bit down

select schoose a file press add the file button and wait couble sesond

and submit post usin the submit button under the add file

First go to the thieves guild and start the quest.

Next go to the crazy guy in South Vilegard.

Inspect the stones.

Go into the Forrest behind the stones.

Talk to the guardian.

Go through the maze.

Do the rest.

I have the same problem that i started the quest wrong (can't open the screenshot)
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /download/file.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
done all talking but it but no one updates the quest
