I meant Ring of the Protector. Sorry, I didn't double-check. But that and RoLS are my usual two. I can substitute the backstabber for it in critical builds, such as when I wield dual brutal clubs. I don't use the villain's ring much anymore but haven't sold it yet.

Hi,

I just got to the guard house and I'm looking at these two.

One "raises attack by 4"

the other "raises attack damage by 3-6"

What's the difference between attack and attack damage?

Any tips on which ring I should buy? I'm thinking of going with crit over HP

No difference. Its just a matter of a small bug in the villain's ring's description missing the word "damage".

Most people prefer the polished ring of backstabbing.
