Vilegard. You will have to complete a number of quests before you can buy one. It is the top defensive ring, not an offensive ring like PRoBS or VR.

I mean to say that this is the first time when you are not saying something about the RoP when someone ask advises about rings.

Get the PRoB if you want the bonus for Critical hits....and early that works well. But eventually you'll find monsters that are immune to critical so then you'll want something else.
