My map ends at Flagstone Prison.... is that normal? BTW running AT on LG G3 v 5.0(Lolipop)

Its not on my map and i cant go past beyond west of flagstone prison

Could you check that you are using Andor's Trail by Oskar Wiksten on Google Play ?
There are fakes out there...

Is there any condition that i must do first in order to gain entrance?

There is not. You should be able to run strait through from level 1.

Where are you trying to get through? Straight along the top? or down the little path? The little path is a dead end, so you need to follow the top.. Take some screen shoots perhaps?
The file upload system is broken on the forum, so use imgur or a similar image hosting site..

I doubt a reinstall will change anything. We need to make sure we are all talking about the same thing here.

Could you provide a link to Google Play for the app you installed. As Zukero mentioned, there have been (many) fakes.

Just make sure you are where you think you are on the map:

Head due south from Crossglen, following the cliffs on the left. When you can, turn west, still following the cliffs. You will need to get past an anklebiter to proceed. A couple of tiles after turning west you will be at Flagstone prison, where there's a guard with a blue shield. On the same map tile there's a path that heads south, but there are no more maps in that direction (yet). You can continue to head west.

Is that the map tile you are talking about?

Yep just as you describe it i can't get pass west the map with a cave with rooted entrance
