I've got all 394 494 but not really sure which was the extremely hard one? Has it something to do with leaning against something cold?

If you have all the places you must have stumbled into the one that's hard to find. That would be possible.

Are you guys sure that all of the original maps are still accessible? I hadn't gone for this kind of completion in the past, but upon using that script, it tells me that I haven't found

"flagstone_0" : I don't think you can even do the flagstone quest without finding all of the maps. Is there a super-secret hidden room somewhere in flagstone?
"woodcave_0" : I assume that this is some random cave out in the wilderness somewhere that I don't know where it is.

Any help?

Neither of those make any sense. flagstone_0 is the outside map with Flagstone prison on it. You can't get to BWM without entering it. woodcave_0 is directly south of the Duleian road. You cannot get to woodcave_1 without going through woodcave_0, and you apparently have woodcave_1.

I went back to the wood settlement and wandered around and cleared the "woodcave_0". I'm thinking that utility doesn't work perfectly, or might have some kind of "off by 1" error in it or something. technically the missing map is flagstone0 (excuse my wayward underscore). Generally, up to 486, so I've still got some work to do in the new content it would seem. Hopefully "someone" will update that tool, heh. Did the Flagstone entrance change, and cause the catalog to fail?

I don't know what the tool does wirh the savegames of the new AT version, I had no time to check or update it yet.

I think I found the extremely hard one, but I'm debating whether or not to share a hint on it. Are you referring to the location that contains an item with the initials KH, that literally tells you you found a secret room? Because that was BRUTAL to find.

I found that place (and item), today, (first time in that area), it seemed a very obvious place to look bearing in mind the Snake Cave where we all (probably) spent so much time in earlier days.

The tool is for earlier version of the game they haven't updated yet the old version there wa 377 places and the new one has 494

The character that I was referring to has not been touched in the new version.

Sadly that is a place that's not so hard to find (Schmmiiirc), I found this the first time, too.

So please Kashim, tell us at least the general area. (as long as it is not connected to "A new Beginning")
I thoroughly searched the Blackwater Mountains, Guynmart Castle, the new maps on the road to Remgard, Stoutford and of course the new maps around Loneford/waterway.

Then I have to wait for a fix for TileD (pulled a issue request already on GitHub). Perhaps I can find the missing map then.
