it's in the reverend cave.
Also when doing thebrose quest There is a hole for a missing map. But before this update there was 497 places

I'm not familiar with the reverend cave by name? I just looked up that name and it doesn't show up in the forum.
The cave northeast of Loneford.

Tell me about thebrose quest.... Did you mean "Roses" quest?

Yes rose sorry I'm using a old phone that is much smaller than my other one. (It randomly bricked on me) if you get bored with the game, why not do as I'm doing. Play the game without healing from good or potions. Only heal from your weapon, bed and skill. I'm on my way to remgard at level 25 to help the witch there to get her necklace. It's a struggle at times
Also I don't sell anything. And I only bought a few items when I first started

While I wait for updates I massacre thousands of shadow gargoyles and their masters in two characters in a desperate attempt to obtain a Ring of the Lesser Shadow.
Love at first bite.

Operation Shadowslay.
Maturity: Completed! For the one ring has been found, and with it, our path to the divine beyond, guaranteed!

I hear you but that gets really really boring quick. I think the such extremely high rarity of the drop rate actually ruins the game play.

You can get legendaries with luck or much work.
Nevertheless items with such a low drop rate are only nice to have. You don't really need it and could wander through more interesting places.

(this ring of course is very nice to have)

As Nut says, you don't need any of the rare drop items. Many of them aren't even useful. They were added only for those that want to go after them. If you don't want to do that, then just ignore them. That's essentially the same as the items not being added to the game in he first place.

I started contributing when I had done all the quests. Maybe this is something for you, too?Writing quests, creating maps and sprites, translating, programming, updating the wiki contents or the help.

That's actually not a bad idea. I was kicking around the idea of a quest revolving around the cook in Stoutford. He seems to have a lot of pickled / dried types of foods. I was thinking he could teach you a pickling or drying skill to preserve some of the food type items we collect like meat. He could send you on quests to pick up certain food items to restock his inventory and in return teach you one of the two skills.
