I took Prims side in the rivalry, and got the leader of BWM to leave. My question is, can I ever get the people of BWM to trade? Or am I SOL, and have to start over to get perks of friendship?

It requires you to pick one or the other. The good news is that I do not believe anyone here has found anything worth wearing in either town.

Not only that but the Prim potion shop sells the minor potion of speed, which gives you an extra 2 AP for 5 rounds. Good stuff.
