DODGE SKILL

I noticed all the debate over the possible changes to the DODGE skill. At this current time it would seem highly impossible to implement, as the current V 0.7.0 DODGE skill doesn't work with my new character build.
I'll edit posting after checking use with an old character build.

Sorry, it's official the newbies will have to work a little harder without the DODGE skill.

There were no changes to the Dodge skill in 0.7.0. Many months ago Oskar was thinking or talking about bumping it up to 12%, but decided not to. Instead, we gain a significant BC bump with the new proficiency skills.

I was only making reference to the changes being impossible at this time because in the new release the DODGE skill isn't awarding any points. It's not working now or with a previous build. hence the bug report.

Update: points are awarded except base stats without equipment or skills.

I cannot reproduce this... can someone help !
