I was hoping you would explore the world and figure that out for yourself. If you look at the sticky posts in "Game related questions" (https://andorstrail.com/viewforum.php?f=12). There is information about all quests up to release 0.7.1. The most recent ones have not been added yet, but the one you need is not one of those.
